Acacia blend is our celebration of the Speciality Coffee World, a seasonal rotation of the cleanest and sweetest coffees.
With delicate, sweet, and fruity flavours, Acacia suits filter brewing, but also makes for a unique espresso.
Our latest version of Acacia Blend showcases two delicate coffees from Latin America, delivering a cup with stunning White Peach, Green Grape, and Raspberry flavour notes.
This delicate brew is one that will be particularly enjoyable for black coffee lovers.

From the region of Huila - one of the largest coffee producers in Colombia, and well known for growing some of the finest beans - we received this lot named Remolinos.
We can’t deny how excited we are to have a Pink Bourbon variety in our roastery! Delicate, complex, and characterised by its sweetness, this variety has managed to captivate a large number of producers in southern Huila due to its resistance to rust, high productivity, and high cup quality.
To complement the blend, we sourced a second component from the El Retiro de Quisaya Farm, situated in the region of Chimaltenango, Guatemala. Here, a quarter of the population is in some way involved with growing or processing coffee.
The farm was established 100 years ago by the Ortega family and its name comes from the river that runs through the land. During the harvest, the cherries are carefully handpicked and pulped to remove the external fruit, and fermented for 14 hours.
After this process, the beans are carefully cleaned and then patio dried in the sunlight for ten days. The beans are turned meticulously to ensure an even drying process and a complex flavour profile - characterised by notes of sweet herbs.
