Incoming Blend currently features coffees from Brazil & India, with notes of Caramel, Golden raisins & Cream.
The Brazilian coffee is produced by Fazenda Samambaia in the Sul de Minas region. This Topazio cultivar was processed using the traditional Natural method and boasts chocolate and dried fruit notes wrapped in a creamy texture.
To complement these notes, we combined "Papakuchi" from Venkids Valley in India, a third generation estate run by husband and wife duo Pavan & Shipla. This honey-processed Catuai cultivar surprised us with its juicy blackberry and cocoa flavor and is certainly one of the nicest Indian coffee we’ve tasted this year.
