Ideal for coffee lovers who like a chocolaty taste in a cup with velvety mouthfeel and sweet fruity flavours. A light cinnamon aftertaste gives you proper autumnal festive vibes.

This blend introduces two excellent coffee origins from two continents: Africa and South America. In Uganda we sourced the exquisite natural coffee called Bukonzo Dream from the Rwenzori Mountains. Purchasing coffee as freshly picked, ripe cherry directly from farmers and processing it at the washing station in Kisinga, to easily control the variables and create the ‘Bukonzo Dream’. The name is derived from The Bakonzo Tribe, a group of descendants living throughout the Rwenzori Mountains, covering both Uganda and Democratic Republic of Congo. Farmers’ focus is on controlling the natural processing of cherries while paying special attention to controlling quality, giving, as a result, a coffee with intense flavors of red fruits such as raspberry and cranberry with a touch of tropical mandarine juiciness. With its creamy nougaty body and a sweet honey aftertaste, this year’s lot creates a complex
and balanced high-end coffee experience.

The other component is Colombian decaf! Yes, you heard well. We decided to pair Bukonzo Dream with the coffee that is offering a very fruity and juicy but overall light flavour profile.

This particular lot of Condor - grown in Tolima - was decaffeinated using the EA (Ethyl Acetate) Sugar Cane Process, unique to Colombia. The green beans are transported to the Descafecol Processing Plant in Manizales where they are placed in silos for production batches. It begins with special fermentation to extract unique flavours. The caffeine extraction involves circular containers filled with a blend of high mountain spring water and natural ethyl acetate ( = a compound derived from sugarcane), lowering caffeine levels to 0.1%. The outcome is a smooth, flavourful, and highly enjoyable taste. Condor decaf showcases notes of milk chocolate and caramel. You can experience rich peach and orange flavours with hints of red apple and cloves.
