We’ve carefully selected small-scale producers whose dedication to quality and sustainable farming brings incredible flavour to every cup.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Colombian component was sourced with the help of our importing partner,\u003cspan\u003e \u003c\/span\u003e\u003ca href=\"https:\/\/caravela.coffee\/en\"\u003eCaravela\u003c\/a\u003e, from a lot produced in La Plata, Huila.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eLa Estrella del Ostro – meaning “Star of the Southern Wind” – takes its name from the bright star that shines above the mountain range where this coffee is grown, pointing the way to the summit of La Plata on clear nights.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAgriculture is at the heart of this diverse, biodynamic region. From coffee and cacao to plantain and rice, the land is nourished by the Aguacatal, La Plata and Paez rivers, which flow along the western slopes of Colombia’s central mountain range.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis lot combines Castillo, Caturra and Colombia varieties, all sun-dried on parabolic covered patios and raised beds. Their mission centres on strengthening communities, improving farmer livelihoods and ensuring full traceability.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Primavera Family Lot brings together the harvests of 10–15 small producers in Huehuetenango.
